If you haven’t registered to hear David Glickman yet, make sure you do!  You won’t want to miss this program.  You can now register online at www.NSAPittsburgh.org.

“Be More Funny, Make More Money!”

The bottom line is that the funny line gets results.  Raise your “LPM” (Laughs Per Minute) and your fees will follow.  In this session, David Glickman shares specific techniques for writing and customizing humor for your audiences.  You’ll learn Ten Tips For Creating Great Humor and Five Ideas For Customizing Humor, along with other valuable information that will help you become a “laughter crafter.”

David doesn’t just deal in “humor theories” but gives you practical (and easy) “how-to’s” that will literally take years off your humor learning curve.  He will show you how to look at your speech differently, find new ways to insert humor to your existing material, and the importance of a “Big Funny Finish.”

NSA Pittsburgh…WHERE MEMBERS MATTER!

4.   Our future

I can’t believe that my term as your NSA Pittsburgh president is already half over.  As I sit back and think about what I wish for the future of NSA Pittsburgh, I can’t think of anyone better to be sitting in the president-elect seat than Barbara Thompson.  She has your best interests firmly planted in her heart and will make this organization flourish for you.

Wait until you see the lineup of speakers that Barbara has in store for next year!  Let’s just say, 2007-2008 will be a year to remember.

In the near future, we will be planning for our next board of directors and there will be several seats open.  Please take a moment to think about all that NSA Pittsburgh has given to you and consider giving back by serving on the board of directors.  It is an honor to serve and have an impact on our future.

If you are curious of the experience of serving, feel free to contact our current awesome board members at http://www.nsapittsburgh.com/contact.htm to ask them any questions you may have.

Look for nomination information soon.
