Before you plan, you need to anticipate the unintended consequences of the choices you are about to make. This half-day workshop provides a rapid-fire process for exploring options and anticipating consequences using futurist Joel Barker’s Implications Wheel. It works with a team of five or a group of 50 or more. Great for getting stakeholder input into a proposed merger, a proposed change, options for new strategic direction or solution to a problem.
