Dr. Nickols is not new to speaking to diverse audiences. For more than 20 years, he has spoken on a variety of topics as a professor, pastor, five-time national award winning television producer/host and an award-winning newspaper columnist.
Having mentored and taught both undergraduate and graduate students in Organizational Leadership and Human Services, he has helped them become better equipped in the areas of communications, ethics, decision making, organizational behavior, organizational change and staff development. Mitchel has helped them reach their dream in their organizations, whether nonprofit and for-profit, by providing useful insight for staff and management levels.
His blend of leadership expertise in a variety of areas, with humor and practical application allow him to tailor presentations for large and small groups, including those that face organizational or staff challenges.
